Shelter Assistant
This position is responsible for providing part-time evening oversight at NeighborImpact’s Family Shelter. This position is responsible for ensuring that residents are safe and secure while they reside at the shelter, and that policies and procedures are followed. This position works under the supervision of the Shelter Coordinator. |

Head Start Teacher Advocate - Level II or Level III
The Teacher Advocate provides both classroom and in-home instruction to Head Start children and parents; enhancing the parent’s ability to fill the role of primary educator of their child. This position also establishes and maintains a safe classroom environment for children and promotes children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through meaningful planning and implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum. The Teacher Advocate partners with parents to develop individual goals for children, to provide ongoing assessment of child progress and to facilitate transition into kindergarten. |

Head Start Facilities Technician
To assist with routine and/or emergency repairs and maintenance of Head Start facilities, grounds, equipment, and assist with remodels and installations. Provide support services such as transporting materials/furnishings, delivering mail and/or other items to Head Start sites. |

Head Start Substitute Bus Driver
To provide safe bus transportation for Head Start children, assuring that each child is picked up and delivered on schedule. To cooperate with Center Team to promote the health and education of each child, and to work with center staff to assure a smooth flow of communication between families and Head Start sites. |

Head Start Substitute Assistant Teacher
To assist the Center Team and teacher and to cooperate in a supportive role carrying out developmentally appropriate activities. To promote the health, nutrition and education of the children and to attend to their safety and welfare. Reports directly to the Education Specialist. Daily tasks assigned by Center Teacher. |
