One-On-One/Credit/Pre-Mortgage Counseling

This training provides a proven system for tri-aging clients, developing corrective action plans for success, and facilitating progress to assist clients to overcome obstacles and move towards mortgage readiness. These troubleshooting tools include a credit rebuilding process, a debt reduction system, budgeting system and a down payment saving system.

Post-Purchase Counseling

This service includes on-going budget and credit counseling and also includes assistance on home maintenance and repair issues. This counseling covers the recommended standards in design methodology for sustaining homeownership. This counseling focuses on topics that help both new and existing homeowners manage their most important asset. Included in these topics are home maintenance and repair, financial management, budgeting skills, insurance, methods for getting homeowners more involved with the community, early intervention tools to prevent delinquencies and default and the pros and cons of refinancing.
